Note: We will be skipping next week as we celebrate US Thanksgiving, but we will be back in your inbox on December 4th!

For a Good Laugh: Crash Course? More Like Smash Course.
SUPER COMMON SCENERIO:
Managers want to “save time and money” by squeezing GD&T into a single day of training. We can explain to them until we are blue in the face that we do NOT recommend that - but they're still going to demand it.
We can’t ignore the feedback — the #1 complaint we hear after training is: “There was too much crammed into the training."
Leaders want speed and cost savings.
Learners need time and space to absorb.
Reality: At the end of the day, you can save money on training… but if no one walks away actually able to use it, what did you really save?
If you come across anything interesting that you'd like us to highlight in our weekly updates, please send it our way! info@gdandtbasics.com
